This policy explains how Variora — The Variants King (“Variora”, “we”, “us”) handles data when merchants install and use our Shopify app.
Who we are
Variora is a Shopify embedded app that helps merchants link separate product listings and display them as storefront swatches. Contact: bhoomikasr2901@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Shop identifiers — for example your *.myshopify.com domain.
Product group configuration — group names, option labels, linked product IDs/handles/titles/images, swatch settings, and style preferences you configure in the app.
App settings — badge/page visibility and theme display preferences stored for your shop.
Staff session data — OAuth access tokens and limited staff account metadata Shopify provides during authentication (such as name/email when available) so the app can stay signed in inside Shopify Admin.
Data we do not collect
Variora does not store Shopify customer personal data such as customer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or order payment details. Customer compliance webhooks are acknowledged, and no customer PII is retained in our database.

Sharing
We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data is processed through Shopify APIs and our hosting provider (Google Cloud Run + Cloud SQL) solely to run the app.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall Variora, we delete your shop’s app data (settings, product groups, sessions) and attempt to clear leftover theme integration / storefront metafields.
When Shopify sends a shop/redact request, we delete any remaining Variora data for that shop.
Customer data request / redact webhooks return success with no customer records, because none are stored.
Security
Access tokens are stored in our database for authenticated API calls. Traffic uses HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to the app operator.
Your choices
Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin to remove Variora data for your shop. For privacy questions or deletion help, email bhoomikasr2901@gmail.com.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do.
